TICKETING

  • By purchasing a ticket you are buying a ticket to the event as a whole, not a specific act or room. Event management reserves the right to limit access to some rooms based on the safety and capacity of individual rooms.

  • Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published Event programme without notification which may result in changes to the performance line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event. We reserve all rights in this regard. Any published start times of a performance at the Event are estimates and subject to change. We shall not be liable for any change of a published start time or change to the artists scheduled to perform. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing and so cancellation by an artist or performer will not entitle you to a refund.

  • We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and Venue of the Event or other details governed by any Ticket in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (without limitation), Force Majeure safety and security concerns or decisions from any Authorised Person or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration, neither we nor the Official Ticketing Agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration, except to the extent set out in a paragraph ‎below of these Conditions.

  • A Ticket will not be exchanged or refunded if:
    a) after the Event has started, it is stopped for any reason and is not completed the same day;
    b) on any day of the Event, the start time is delayed for any reason;
    c) the start time (but not the date) of the Event changes after the date the Ticket was purchased; or
    d) the Ticket is used for entry into the Venue.

  • We shall only be required to refund a Ticket Purchaser (on application by the Ticket Purchaser) with the Face Value of the relevant Ticket, in the following circumstances:
    a) if the Event is cancelled before the Event has started;
    b) if the Ticket is for an Event which is postponed before the Event has started and the Event is rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue) subject to the Ticket Purchaser’s election under these Conditions; or
    c) if the Ticket Purchaser is otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law.

  • If the Event is postponed before the Event starts and the Event is rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue), the Ticket Holder may elect to either:
    a) use the existing Ticket for the rescheduled Event if the Event is rescheduled for another date but at the Venue; or
    b) if the Event is rescheduled to a different venue and there are insufficient Tickets available, or the Ticket Holder is unable to attend any rescheduled Event (whether at the Venue or at a different venue), the Ticket Purchaser shall be entitled to apply for a refund pursuant to these Conditions.

  • Where a refund applies, only the original Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund. The Ticket Purchaser will be advised of the process and the prescribed deadline for refund applications through the media or via direct communication within 10 working days of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event. The Ticket Purchaser must follow the prescribed process and deadline and produce the original Ticket in order to be eligible for a refund. We shall not be required to issue a refund in relation to any Ticket which we reasonably believe has been the subject of a sale, transfer or disposal in breach of paragraphs ‎of these Conditions.

  • Tickets to Labyrinth Events should only be purchased through Resident Advisor, our official ticketing partner. Labyrinth holds no responsibility for fake or duplicated tickets and holders of such will not be allowed to enter the event.

  • Not all Events’ tickets will be sold via all the outlets listed above.

  • Labyrinth strongly discourages selling tickets anywhere else than via resale services available through Resident Advisor.

  • Tickets purchased by under 18s will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or there has been a material change of the Event. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in Labyrinth’s reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that the Customer, taken generally, could reasonably expect. Changes to performance times shall not be considered a material alteration. A material alteration is judged, in Labyrinth’s absolute discretion, by reference to the nature and billing of each event. The event is judged, in Labyrinth’s absolute discretion, by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual act scheduled to appear. No scheduled acts may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by an artist will not entitle to a refund, regardless of their position on the bill. For the avoidance of doubt, a change of 50% or less of the lineup is not considered a material change.

  • Refunds can only be claimed within 30 days of the Event date.

EVENT CHANGES & COVID-19 RIGHTS

  • Labyrinth reserves the right to make any changes to the Event date, times, location, billing and services provided.

  • Any changes to the Event can be communicated via a mailer sent to ticket buyers and Labyrinth’s official social media outlets including Facebook and the event-specific Facebook page and Instagram.

  • In the event a show is cancelled due to COVID-19, in the first instance, a new performance date will be communicated to ticket buyers. If attendees cannot make the new date, they will be entitled to a refund. Where a refund applies, only the original Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund. The Ticket Purchaser will be advised of the process and the prescribed deadline for refund applications through the media or via direct communication within 10 working days of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event. The Ticket Purchaser must follow the prescribed process and deadline for refunds and produce the original Ticket in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • In the event a show is rescheduled, Labyrinth reserves its right to act on its discretion on whether to offer a refund ticket buyer, if there has been no material change in the event. A change of 50% or less of the billing and/or a change of date shall not constitute a material change. Any reschedules will be communicated to ticket buyers in advance via mailer.

  • If a show cannot be re-scheduled and has to be cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.

  • By attending a Labyrinth Event, you agree to indemnify Labyrinth Events Limited and Labyrinth Festivals Limited of all liability with respect to COVID-19 and the potential of catching COVID-19 at Labyrinths’ parties. Labyrinth accepts no responsibility for anyone either directly or indirectly testing positive for COVID-19 before or after a Labyrinth event.

  • No persons shall be permitted entry to a Labyrinth event if they are known to have had COVID-19, have tested positive with COVID-19 within 14 days of the event or have been in contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19 within 14 days of the event.

  • By purchasing a ticket to a Labyrinth Event during a time in which the government requires attendees to perform additional measures to attend a Labyrinth party. Labyrinth accepts no responsibility, liability or share of costs in order for the attendee to be compliant with COVID-19 conditions, including but not limited to, any testing required (rapid or lateral flow) for attendees.

  • Under no circumstances will Labyrinth accept any liability for additional costs related to COVID-19 that is not related to a statutory venue requirement.

  • By buying a ticket to a Labyrinth Event, you accept all the terms and conditions associated with it and agree to pay any necessary additional costs related to COVID-19.

  • It is Customer’s responsibility to check the updates on all the above-mentioned outlets regularly ahead of the Event.
